COMPLEMUS developed a new company headquarters for schnaitt Internationale Messe- und Ladenbau GmbH from Bergheim near Cologne on a 16,000 square metre greenfield site in the Bergheim industrial park. As a full-service expert for corporate architecture, schaitt covers all aspects of trade fair and in-store interior design, from the draft design to the planning stage, and from set-up to take-down. Integrated into the company’s new head office is a manufacturing plant that includes a joinery, a paint shop and a high bay warehouse. The construction took nine months to complete.
