For Amazon, COMPLEMUS constructed a service centre for courier, express and parcel services on a plot of about 47,000 square metres inside the industrial and business estate of Trierweiler-Sirzenich. A warehouse of 7,400 square metres represents the main part of the building. The warehouse is a clearspan construction spanning 60 metres. The mezzanine level, which extends over 1,150 square metres, was fitted out as office space and community areas. On the grounds, parking spots for 131 cars and 212 delivery vans were created. The project was completed in October 2020.
