In September 2020, COMPLEMUS kicked off the construction of a new service centre for Amazon (courier, express and parcel services) on a plot of about 61,000 square metres in the industrial and business estate “A71 Oerlenbach/Poppenhausen.” The new distribution centre was completed and handed over to the tenant in May 2021. A warehouse extending over 5,600 square metres constitutes the main part of the building. The warehouse was realised with a clearspan construction spanning 61 metres. A 1,800 square metre mezzanine area was fitted out into office and communal space. There are 102 parking spaces for cars and 398 for vans in the outdoor area.
