In March 2020, a service centre for courier, express and parcel services was completed on a plot of about 30,000 square metres at the IPAS industrial and business estate in Euskirchen-Grossbüllesheim, and handed over to its incoming occupier, AMAZON. A warehouse extending over 7,400 square metres constitutes the main part of the building. The staff area is located on a mezzanine level of 800 square metres that was fitted out as offices and community areas. On the grounds, parking spots for 105 cars and 100 delivery vans were created.
